Very early in her childhood, the artist has been fascinated by cameras, the transparency of color acetates, color gradations, the shape of objects, illustrations, etc. Without knowing it, she followed her quest to understand space and its arrangements. By studying interior design, visual arts and graphic communication, the artist gave herself the possibility to deepen her observations through the installation in real space.
Through sculpture, Hermine defines the elusive vitality that surrounds her. She is a witness to the existence of the impalpable feeling of living. The interaction with emotions, neutrality in the face of this empathic power, the encounter with suffering and worry are all dimensions conveyed in her artistic work. In sculpture, she does not hesitate to snatch, amputate, split, uproot the material that takes shape before her eyes. She lets her fingers run over the edges, geometrical shapes. In painting, the structure varies and merges with the subject or the emotion that emerges from the fluidity of the transparency of colors and gradations. In photography, Hermine seeks to image, to transfer, to materialize her sensitivity.
Her sensibility comes to life and combines the sensibility of the others. She tries to inspire the public with the deep conviction that art brings energy and peace through colors, shapes and textures.
